The cost of the wrong

Rip-and-replace, custom scripts, and cloud iPaaS each leave a gap.

The gap is usually the same: serial protocols your cloud platform will not speak, event data crossing a boundary it should not, or prices locked behind a procurement cycle before you can even quote.

Rip-and-replace means capital expenditure before the first alarm moves. If the hardware works, you are paying a project management fee on equipment that did not need replacing.

Custom scripts close the gap today and become a liability tomorrow. No retry logic. No dead-letter queue. No audit trail. No one to call when the panel firmware changes.

Cloud iPaaS platforms do not speak serial. Sedco, ASM, Tecom C4, TAP, and Modbus are not in their connector libraries. Your event data crosses a network boundary you did not authorise.

Sentinel Bridge is on-premises iPaaS. It runs on your Windows box, speaks the protocols your building already runs, and keeps event data on site. All prices are below.

Who buys what

The right tier for your role and your site.

Annual, monthly, or perpetual — here is what each billing mode means for each buyer type, and how the add-ons sit on top.

Commission on a client job

All prices are on this page so you can quote today without waiting. Connect starts at $1,500/yr — or $1,800 as a one-time perpetual that stays on the client's machine permanently. Monthly billing suits project work where the engagement has an end date. Add only the premium protocol the job requires — Sedco, TAP, HL7, or Tecom C4, each at $300/yr or $900 perpetual. Bill the licence and any protocol unlocks to the client. Walk away with a supported Windows service running on their box.

Site-wide integration

Annual licences include business-hours bug-fix support for the term. The Reporting & Alerts module — scheduled reports, failure alerts, historical event search — is $1,500/yr, $125/mo, or $1,800 perpetual, and is sold on top of any tier. Pipeline and destination packs let you grow the same licence as the site expands without changing tier. Enterprise includes the full connector catalogue, current and future — no separate protocol purchases required.

Add-ons at a glance

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to contact sales before I can see prices?
No. All four tier prices — annual, monthly, and perpetual — are on this page. Contact us when you are ready to get your signed machine-bound licence issued.
Do spare destination slots unlock premium protocols?
No. Additional destination slots on any tier do not unlock Sedco, ASM, HL7, Tecom C4, Gallagher, Hanwha, TAP, Modbus, phone call TTS, or Azure. Each is a separate add-on at $300/yr, $30/mo, or $900 perpetual. Enterprise is the only tier that includes the full connector catalogue.
Can I add pipelines and destinations later without changing tier?
Yes. Pipeline and destination packs let you grow the same licence as the site expands. Contact us for a quote on the right pack for your site.
Is the Reporting & Alerts module included in any tier?
No. The Reporting & Alerts module — scheduled reports, failure alerts, and historical event search — is sold on top of any tier at $1,500/yr, $125/mo, or $1,800 perpetual.
Which billing mode suits project or job-based work?
Perpetual is a one-time payment that stays on the client's machine permanently — no renewal required. Monthly billing suits project work where the engagement has an end date. Both are available on all four tiers.
How does on-premises iPaaS differ from cloud iPaaS for building systems?
Cloud iPaaS platforms generally do not support serial or industrial protocols — Sedco, TAP, Modbus, and Tecom C4 are not in their connector libraries. Event data also routes through cloud infrastructure. Sentinel Bridge runs on your Windows box, speaks those protocols natively, and keeps data on site unless you route it out.
Can I buy a licence today and commission this job?
Yes. All prices are on this page. Choose your tier and billing mode, contact us to get your signed machine-bound licence issued, and install it on the client's Windows box.
